Brink Ministry Mission Statement

At Brink Ministry, we believe in the transformative power of love, compassion, and

faith. Our mission is rooted in the teachings of Christ, who calls us to extend grace to the

least of these and share the message of hope with those on the margins/"Brink" of society.

Drawing inspiration from the teachings of Matthew 28:19-20, Brink Ministry is on a

mission to reach out to those who are often forgotten and overlooked. "Brink" brings with it

the connotation of something undesired (on the brink of a breakdown, etc.). Sadly, many

people turn a blind eye to those on the "Brink" of society (persons without shelter, persons

with disabilities, persons battling addictions, etc.) who are in need, ignoring them like

they're invisible. This indifference pushes vulnerable individuals even closer to the "Brink"

of society, making them feel more isolated and hopeless. Our name, "Brink," reflects our

commitment to being there for people who feel like they're on the edge or "Brink" of

despair.

The Gospel message is often seen as undesirable to many in our present day and

age. But it's in these tough times and situations that the message of hope found in the

Gospel shines the brightest. Even though many may not want to hear it, our mission is to

share this message with love, just as Jesus commanded us to do. At Brink Ministry, we're

all about bridging the gap between despair and hope and guiding souls from the brink of

hopelessness to the light of faith.

We're here to share the gospel, offer support, show kindness, and spread God's

love to everyone, regardless of their situation. Our ministry focuses primarily on

evangelizing to and providing biblical-based counseling to the homeless community,

offering not only physical assistance but also emotional and spiritual guidance. We

understand that the journey from despair to hope is multifaceted, and we are dedicated to

walking alongside individuals as they navigate their way toward a brighter tomorrow.

At Brink Ministry, we believe in meeting people where they are without judgment or

prejudice. We strive to love like Jesus and show no favoritism to any person but to reach

out and love everyone around us because He first loved us. Whether through counseling

sessions, outreach programs, or community events, we seek to foster a sense of belonging

and connection among those we serve.
